Elisha Contner Wilkins, MS, LMFT, CEDS-S, EDCS

Elisha Contner Wilkins is currently the Senior Clinical Lead at Within Health. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist Consultant. Elisha has over 25 years of experience in behavioral health working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She has focused most of her career working exclusively with eating disorders and has held various clinical and leadership positions at all levels of care. She has been instrumental in launching eating disorder programs. Elisha also has specialized training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family-Based Treatment, and mindfulness. She has provided supervision and training for those pursuing state licensure in addition to certification with the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp). She has served on the Boards of several iaedp Chapters, as well as served on the iaedp national Board as a Chapter Representative in 2021, and has volunteered with the Eating Disorders Coalition (EDC) to support advocacy efforts. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for Elk Hill, an organization that provides specialized education, community-based services and residential treatment programs for youth in Virginia. Additionally, Elisha has presented at various local and national conferences. Elisha is passionate about ensuring that clients have access to care, and she believes that full recovery is possible. She also enjoys educating and coaching family members and loved ones, as well as supervising and mentoring the next generation of eating disorders professionals.
