EDEI Inclusion Statement
At EDEI, we believe everyone, regardless of body size, background, or identity, deserves accessible, compassionate, evidence-informed eating-disorder care.
The Institute for Contemporary Eating Disorder Care (EDEI) is committed to creating a learning environment where all individuals are respected, supported, and valued. We engage clinicians, educators, and lived-experience leaders with diverse professional backgrounds, identities, and ways of knowing. Guided by our dedication to inclusion and belonging, we work to challenge stigma, remove barriers to care, and amplify diverse voices and lived experiences throughout our work. With compassion, cultural humility, and accessibility at the core, we recognize that inclusive participation strengthens clinical education and improves outcomes for people affected by eating disorders.
